If this guy was not the first cousin of Presidents Bush Sr. and Jr., and the second circuit's chief judge at the time, he would have gotten a breathalyzer test and, most likely, served time in prison for killing a New Haven cop in 2006. Instead he got senior status to pass judgments on others.
