Personally, I've had a pretty good experience with Hon. Daniel B.Feldstern. Yes, he tends to be come across emotional at times. He has a heart for the people of the San Fernando Valley and it shows. He is for the most part fair and just in his rulings. I think very highly of him, and encourage others to do the same.

Judge Feldstern is unprofessional, unfair and unobjective.
He is strictly pro-prosecution.
Feldstern refuses to look at facts and instead only uses his personal feelings to make rulings.
He looks down on defense attorneys as if they are bugs and other insects.
However, unbeknownst to others, Judge Feldstern has his own picadillos that he conducts on off duty hours and those are egregious indeed. He has a preference for young children. Enough said.
