There is an update in the case cited below involving Jeffrey Haskell and the lawyer who pressured his daughter to get a sex change.

Judge Alcala and Allison Gomez were wrong to gang up on this man who simply put a gun to his own head in desperation. The divorce lawyer should have never been able to influence the proceedings. It shouldn't have been attempted murder.

You can't teach a judge to be moral or ethical. Following the law should be enough. If a person is complaining that the proceedings are facilitating the sexual abuse of children, the law in itself should compel action.

But Judge Alcala could care less about children being molested.

Valerie Houghton says, “My child, my rules”… “It’s not rape if they want it.” ….. “[My daughter] She’ll have fun!”

How can she say such things? My youngest son was just two years old when he was first abused. And my youngest daughter was placed into the legal custody of a man that previously drugged and raped a teen.

If a child therapist forces children to be sexually abused, it needs to labeled as an act of pedophilia.

Ms. Houghton also says, "I can do whatever I want, whenever I want." With a judge like Alcala helping cover up my children being molested, is it really a wonder that she would make such a boast?

Valerie Houghton says that there is nothing wrong with pedophilia. It just has a bad stigma:

Ms. Houghton used to run a therapy group for transgender women that were in the process of transitioning to men.

There is a similar case of a person discovering that his toddler daughter was being sexually molested by an in-law. He was immediately poisoned and jailed after trying to protect his child. The transgender lawyer involved in Jeff Haskell's case was also involved in that case.

In my case, I resorted to seeing in open court if the D.A.'s Office would be willing to stipulate send the matter back to the trial court. The deputy present knew about the child molestation and assaults, and looked to be amenable.

Without even asking the deputy, Judge Alcala said that they "don't agree."

You need to be especially careful of this judge if Allison Gomez is appointed to represent you. You will not be able to fire her.

As you are being assaulted and your children raped, Ms. Gomez will ask this judge to do the opposite of what you ask. And despite you telling the judge about this, he will grant everything that she asks for.

These two also tag teamed Jeff Haskell. A divorce lawyer was trying to pressure his daughter to transition into a boy. One day he just lost it. He went into his daughter's therapist's office with a gun to his own head. He then got charged with attempted murder.

Ms. Gomez withheld information from and told his that if he did not plead to the charge, she would not defend him or call any witnesses. She also told him that he would get 30 years.

One time I asked Judge Alcala if I could ask him a question. I always made sure to call him "Your Honor" and to be polite and respectful.

He said, "Quickly. You are just taking up air."

The guy just didn't care that I was being assaulted because of the proceedings or that my kids were being raped.

If you see Cal Penal Code 236.1, it is unlawful to abuse the legal process to sex traffic children.

I cited this law to Judge Alcala. Even that did nothing to stop the case.

Here was a reply that I got on James Towery's Robing Room page when I complained about my youngest daughter.

"Unfortunately, the court sees evidence that the man holding custody raped and drugged someone in the past as "ancient history." Although in the court of public opinion we all know your child should not be with such a person, the court doesn't care. This is the root of injustice--the discrepancy between how the court thinks versus a reasonable person's common sense."

This judge has the same cruel and callous attitude when it comes to child abuse.

He doesn't even care about 3rd parties trying to influence proceedings through violence. I have been poisoned so many times that now the shape of my face has changed, testicles atrophied and all of my organs are damaged.

I have also lost sensation across my entire body and have trouble swallowing.

I begged and begged him either dismiss the case or to send the matter back to the trial court. He just ignored me.

CONT... Eventually, Judge Alcala entered a psychological report into the record. I didn't even meet or speak with a psychologist. The report completely absolved the Ms. Houghton and James Towery of their misconduct.

This judge has absolutely no empathy. Not even for a two year old being molested.

I was nothing but respectful to this judge. All he did was treat me and my kids like TRASH!

He at least knew that my youngest daughter was in the legal custody of a man who previously drugged and raped a teen. The evidence of the rape and my paternity were presented to him.

I couldn't even get him to care that I was sustaining great bodily harm during the proceedings.

Now I have a warrant for my arrest because I don't want to participate in the coverup. The sexual abuse and physicals assaults are ongoing, and he refuses to rescind the order accepting the fabricated report.

Watch out for this guy. There is no rule of law in his courtroom. If someone has some sort of ax to grind with you, Judge Alcala will throw you under the bus.

My kids are being sexually abused. Since Valerie Houghton and James Towery want the abuse to continue, they got charges filed against me absent a crime. The whole goal was to get the case the Alcala to cover up it up through competency proceedings. When I refused to comply with demands to undergo an eval, I was physically assaulted. I begged and begged this judge to do something, but he just ignored and berated me. He even put me in jail for 5 days.

Judge A. is unreasonable and does not uphold his oath to uphold procedure in his court room. In a racially charged case, he continually interrogated an expert witness, acting well beyond the scope of his role, and intoning more racial bias against the defense. Outside of this, he clearly favors the prosecution, regardless of misapplied penal codes and blatant racial animus. This man earns 0 respect from the young legal experts and attorneys in SCC. Retire Judge A. Your legacy is garbage, you idea of the law is an out of touch white man's fallacy, and you are so far removed from reality it is not funny. By far you are as bad as those you sentence.

I think acala is one of the best judges he helped me out a lot and he does have a heart .he doesn't like hearing excuses time and time again than he has no choice but to lock you up. Follow your programs and you will have no problem. Thank you for everything acala . P.s anjelika c

Judge Alcala is unreasonable [Redacted by Ed.] He doesn’t allow the defense to present much less consider any evidence or arguments. If you have the misfortune of being in Alcala courtroom I highly suggest getting a continuance/transfer to another department. If you want a fair chance, that is. Alcala needs to be taken off the bench.

I observed in his court room a few times now. I found it interesting that he has never experienced an n.a. meeting. Yet he regularly sentences those who come before him. He seems very chatty with those whom he is getting favorable results from and very terse and unforgiving of those with dirty tests. Given the apalling statistics of true recovery im a bit surprised. I feel he is biased probably based on his background. I think he looks at his numbers not the people he judges. I would say typical to avrage as a santa clara county drug court judge.

Currently serving in Drug Court for about the last 3 years. He is a former DA but he has a pretty good idea what a case is worth and will do what is necessary to reach a reasonable resolution even if it means going against the DA. He previously had a regular DA that was so off the hook he just ignored her opinion for the most part.
