The judge works in cahoots with the DA and the lawyers and listen to what the prosecutor wants. The judge would preside over the cases not on master calendar and take orders from the prosecutors. I never had any criminal background and the false accusations were falsified by the DA and the police to cover up the criminal acts of the police during pandemic lock downs.
I was convicted without crime when the judge said "There was no criminal wrong doing but you are guilty because you are a firearm owner" for the legally purchased firearm. The judge had ex parte communication with the DA before the hearings and discuss about the case about what to do.
I was sentenced 3 years for a misdemeanor case against every law and made life miserable with charges not even included in the prosecution.
Everything happened during the pandemic lockdown with no arrest and no prosecution for non violent crimes in 2020.
The department of justice should investigate and prosecute these judges for the crimes committed in their capacity.
