The judge was biased from the start before anything even took place with comments from the DA to the Clerk/Judge about " Id rather be no other place than here" so the rapport between the Judge/ clerk and DA was to the understanding that they have a relationship outside and previous to her becoming a judge. I know that this Judge was unfair with how she would not allow my grandson to speak about his lawyer or state what was needed to be said. This whole court room was unprofessional and the fact that the judge wouldnt allow the attorney to submit stuff but allow the DA to play mind games was not acceptable.

She is dishonest. She does not disclose relationships that are obvious bias. Her decisions are arbitrary. She ordered defendant could not argue his affirmative defenses.

Her husband is close to Wild Carter & Tipton. She is impressed by McCormick Barstow and Marshall Whitney. She constantly defers to the law firm, makes sure its attorneys get away with misbehavior she says on her webpage she does not allow. She is dishonest and does not care about the facts of a case.

Smart, funny, fair-a top quality civil judge. Background is civil defense but is married to a well-known personal injury/criminal attorney.
