When he tried my son, he never once asked about how the indictment was gotten. He never asked if the Grand Jury who is supposed to be the ones to indict on felonies were the ones. Instead he relied on the dishonest district attorney Cooley and the dishonest defense lawyer Berk to tell him their lies. This got my son who was and is innocent convicted by a damn plea deal that we told our lawyer he wanted a trial . Out lawyer said NO. He denied my son his rights and the judge was the one who carried it out.
