She's not impartial and won't listen to both sides in the cases that come before her. If you hesitate at all while you're talking, she'll become impatient and talk over you and in so doing, ignore whatever information you could have contributed to help her understand the situation more accurately. She makes up her mind before all of the evidence is presented and refuses to change it once it's made up.

Judge Gilbertson demonstrably skipped reading my pleadings before the hearing but lied and said she did. I had a motion for mental health diversion before her in July. Exhibit "1" to the motion was the psychiatrist's CV and Exhibit "2" was the psychiatrist's eval report. Judge Gilbertson demonstrated both her failure to give constitutional Due Process and her dishonesty when, after stating, "I have read all the pleadings," she later asked, "You have a psychiatrist, right? Luckily, my CCP §170.1 Declaration wasn't given the run-around and I was immediately assigned to a different judge. Unfortunately, that different judge, Judge Kimberley Baker Guillemet also skipped reading my pleadings, and demonstrated dishonesty in multiple ways - including blocking my §170.1 Declaration about her and illegally blocking her failure to properly address my habeas petition from being brought to the attention of the Presiding Judge, per the Rules of Court. The RR has yet to create a page for Guillemet. Also, I don't believe Gilbertson had any repercussions for what she did to me. [redacted by Ed.]
