I am a Plaintiff on a Small a matter. During All Relevant Times, Judge Ed Chau violated my "Due Process Rights & Right to Free Speech." Judge Chau weighed the Defendants testimony solely based on "Hearsay & 3rd Party Testimony." The Defendant failed to provide demonstrative evidence to "Prove or Disprove," his case other than the "False, Deceptive and Manipulated Video," with the intent to "Challenge the Intelligence of the Judge." The Defendant PREVAILED in providing "False and Deceptive Testimony Under Penalty of Perjury, False Documents (Video), a Felony Crime(s)." Judge Ed Chau is extraordinary "Despicable and a Dis-Service to Those that Have Been Harmed." Judge Ed Chau's clear violations of my Constitutional Rights go to prove that he should NOT be a sitting judge on any bench, whatsoever. My "Due Process Violated in Providing an UNEQUAL & FAIR Time to Testify in Making My Case. Eighty to 90 Percent of the time was provided to the Defendant and 10 Percent to me (Opening Statement - 1.5 Page Summary Read Before the Court). In behalf of those "Unfairly Harmed by Judge Ed Chau," please REMOVE him from hearing any cases, whatsoever.
