Janet M. Frangie is a racist judge who is bias to white litigants, uisng abusive power to act above the law. She is toxic to society causing vulnerable and innocent plaintiffs massive harm and lifeless. She must be removed from the bench ASAP.

Years ago, I tried a case out in RC in which Judge Frangie presided. I thought she was awesome. A really good judge. She has a tough, kind of firmness to her, a bit of no nonsense to her personality, but I don't mind that. Her ability to grasp complex subjects wes superb. In our case, it was about corporate law on involuntary dissolutions--but she got right in there, totally engaged, , and took interest in the facts. It was a fun case to try, especially since the other side was a bit odd and did some amusing things that revealed a lack of experience. She was smooth, even as she would occasionally shoot me a roll of the eyes. I am pleased to see she is still a judge out there and I do hold her in high regard. A good judge!!

Judge Frangie is a disgrace to the bench. She seems to buy into the pro-criminal mentality that has spread across California and routinely rules in ways that put dangerous criminals back on the streets. She seems to go into cases having predetermined the result she wants.

A disgrace to the bench. Not familiar with case details. Failure to distinguish case law precedent and apply them as required. Extremely pro corporate parties. Makes disparaging remarks frequently.

Judge Frangie appears to be a racist, bias against african american's in her courtroom, beware because you wont recieve a fair trial.

Judge Frangie was excellent as a trial judge. Fair to both sides, flexible, but wants to keep things moving, which is great. She will do her own research on particular issues in order to get the correct ruling. She lets the lawyers try their case. She isn't afraid to change her mind on a limine ruling after seeing how the trial is progressing. She is everything that one could ask for in a trial judge.
