Incompetent, uninterested, displays no discernment or insight, and absolutely no interest in vetting evidence. Judge Garrett gives one the impression that she's sitting there with a wandering mind toward the activities of her three cats and the leftover chicken pot pie she'll be having for dinner while sitting in her La-Z-Boy recliner.

This is our "justice system"?? Pathetic.

This woman, singlehandedly absolutely and with ongoing MALICE, has destroyed my life. I am a whistleblower of a near 165M fraud, unknowingly, I thought i was a party to a merger "con"tract that said if they took your shares and you didn't want to sell and you think your shares were worth more, you have a "legal right" to go to a Judge and say here's my evidence, please rule. THAT is exactly what I did! My securities, held 20 years for my retirement of a company I helped START IN MY living room; I WON THE DISMISSALS AND THE DISCOVERY order! then my Judge (SB) retired,,,THEN they gave me corp docs proving INSTEAD breaches of my 12 different contracts, then I found my fellow shareholders; WE WERE ALL triangulated in SLO SUperior by fraud on the courts, La Barbera's and Garretts w/powerful people behind the scenes and their STate Senator besties pushing phony NDA's and threats around and NO ONE got a day in COURT and good ol Ginger gal? SHE named me a "Vex LIt"!!!! never had ONE day in court, no evidentiary hearing EVER in my life, no subpoenas complied with SHE ALLOWED ALL THE CRIME ON HER COURT and then SHE DITCHED THE COURT for my current hearing SO SHE WOULD NOT BE ACCOUNTABLE to the material False Sworn Testimony they did on her court to name me a "VEX LIT"..."WELL Mr. Flick, what do you have to say to that?" when I told her he had filed false sworn testimonies about me.....I came BACK WITH THE EVIDENCE another JUDGES CERTIFIED transcript I DID NOT DO what the crooked Officer swore I did; SHE just DITCHED HER COURT SO AS NOT TO BE ACCOUNTABLE TO THE FRAUD ON HER COURT; I have a 600K cash judgment on my head from a FRAUD EXHIBIT/no civil RIGHTS TO BE HEARD IN COURT and my name is all over the databases in CA as a criminal with her "Ruling" THANKS GINGER...

The Honorable Judge Garrett is by far the most considerate, trusted, kindness, fair and above all listens to all parties and carefully takes time to make the right rulings.

She is a fine Jurist and gives integrity to the Bench

Not a Judge I would NOT recommend to the Bench, biased, lacks integrity, lacks honesty.

Does not review evidence properly, does not allow legal evidence, refuses to hear testimony in cases she deems not "Worthy" she needs to be removed or retired ASAP

She is above her head at this stage in her Judicial Career now is the time for her to retire and go away she has ruined so many people's lives in bad rulings.

She is again our PJ, not very well organized as usual. She thinks she is so above all others and her attitude shows she is now too old to remain on the bench.

She has been far to political in the community favoring her connections rather than the rule of law.

She is not the most honest of judges, she favors certain people and now in civil matters she looses control of her court.

Usually late does horrible on court call,she has had to reverse her own rulings so she is not in the loop with legal awareness not a good example of a Good Judge, i too was get recused.

She appears to be some what confused and the Code of Civil Procedure and local rules.

Judge Garrett, is not always prepared to make proper well research rulings, just recently three lawyers got into a argument and she did nothing to quell the matter until the bailiff stepped in, odd behavior.

I would now 170.6 her to remove her from any future cases we have far better newer Judges.

Judge Garrett has been on the Bench far too long, she is not objective, she has made off the cuff remarks about people, lawyers and defendants and plaintiffs.
One day she rules one way and a few days later she reverses her own ruling, I think she has some elderly and mental issues that the CJP needs to review. No Longer fit to be on the bench

Judge Garrett was horrendous. She overlooked vital aspects of the law in order to please the plaintiff. This judge makes me lose faith in the American judicial system. How can someone be able to ignore evidence provided that speaks to law clearly? She seemed very biased and uninterested in hearing my valid concerns. She had already made up her mind. She is the definition of trash with regards to applying the law fairly. It's very hard to swallow right now; such a broken system. Again, I was blown away by the lack of ability shown by Judge Garrett and am disappointed in her poor professionalism and lack of dedication towards finidng the truth and applying it fairly. Oh and honorable is a stretch.

This judge told the privately hired criminal defense attorney and the prosecutor in her chambers that she knew the defendant was guilty and that her jury would know she was guilty. When the case was transferred to a different courtroom on the day of trial because of another trial being scheduled for the same day, this judge saw to it through the pull of professional courtesy that her colleague would also see to it that her jurors knew the defendant was guilty. funny thing was, the defendant was not guilty. Always think critically about what you "know" when it concerns your judgment of others, especially when you have the power to change a life in drastic measure for better or worse.

This judge seems to have a rare combination of humanity and empathy. Don't get me wrong, she is no pushover, but she gives a bad choice appropriate brevity. If you happen to be in front of her for the 99th time...long gaze into your eyes, deep sigh and an almost imperceptible shake of her head. As if to say: "You know & I know that it's time for either a break from your crazy, or your death will surely come soon." Then she will cheerfully sentence you to prison. Calling out "See you next time!" as you shuffle back to holding.
