If she presided over circus court, it might not be bad -- however, in a real court of law her performance is a disaster. She demonstrates very unprofessional behavior in her lack of ability to remain impartial, and allows her personal thoughts and feelings to rule her judgments, instead of the law that she took an oath to uphold. She engages in borderline judicial misconduct by not upholding the law, but making up ways around it to suit her own agenda.
