Comments:
Primomo has long been called 'intellectually dishonest" for his propensity to spin fact and law to suit his own personal bias and prejudice. To be, that gives him credit for having an intellect that i don't think he has. He has been getting more egocentric in the past few years. This is proof that it is time for him to go, before he brings more disgrace on San Antonio and the good federal judges we have here.

If you cannot uphold the First Amendment as a Judge, then you need to practice a different profession ASAP!

A son of immigrants who tells people who've just become citizens -- many of them of a skin color or ethnicity you obviously don"t like -- and the first thing you tell these new citizens of the land of the brave and home of the free is a not-even-thinly-veiled threat of the "America, love it or leave it" type. Great pep talk, coach. You also told them a lie: Trump is NOT the President, and WON'T be unless he manages to keep his many legal problems at bay until January 19, 2017, a bet I wouldn't take. You are an example of White Supremacist arrogance all too common in your part of the country. You should be censured, but as Texas has declared itself not subject to Federal laws it doesn't like, you won't be.

Censor this judge, he does not understand the constitution or the job he holds. He should apologize to all the new citizens for being the wrong example for America.

Judge Primomo made himself an embarrassment to the legal profession when he advised new citizens to leave the country if they did not like Donald Trump. He is a disgrace, and if anyone should be leaving the U.S. it is Judge Primomo.

Telling new citizens to leave the country if they don't like the president indicates that these new immigrants probably know more about the United States than this judge does. That is a horrifying prospect. Dissent is a part of American democracy. We do not as of yet require loyalty to the president, although I wouldn't put it past our disturbingly fascistic president elect to attempt to implement this. I know that Judge Primomo stated that he did not vote for the president elect. That is irrelevant, really. His lack of fundamental knowledge is the reason he should be removed and spend some time building his civics knowledge up to the level of a new immigrant. I cannot imagine anyone receives fair treatment from the shockingly ignorant Judge Primomo.

Voting a president out after 4 yrs is what citizens do if they do not like him. No one can be a judge if he does not know the basic rules of citizenship. If I did not like Obama, I did not need to leave the country!
As far as I can tell, the judge needs to apologize and retract his comments and readdress the nation about what a good citizen does if he does not like a president such as : write letters to the white house, support the other party, vote for a different president in four years, etc. The whole nation and world had access to your comments and you need to say you were incorrect.
Thank you.

How can a person wear the robe and challenge new citizens to "leave the country" if they don't like Trump? If that were true at least half the Country would leave. I dare say he did not like President Obama. Why didn't he follow his own advise and "Leave the Country"?
Sir, you have lost your mind.

This brainchild does not know what an issue of fact is. If we wanted bench trials, we would not demand jury trials. Cannot wait for the day he retires and we can have access to a jury. He makes the 5th circuit look liberal.

He is too quick to issue a ruling. His rulings appear result oriented and not thoughtful. He is also not understanding when it coms to scheduling issues.

He has no sympathy for Social Security claimants and will turn them down if he can. But if you only have a very very rare case with him on an issue, he may be fair the first or second time around.
Do not get encouraged. He will turn you down to discourage you from handling more cases.
