Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: 12531
Rating:6.7
Comments:
The Seventh Circuit in overturning one of his decisions said he didn't just put his thumb on the scales of justice, he put his fist on it. He makes up his mind early in the case and then all rulings bolster what he has already decided. He has been a judge of one kind or another most of his life and after years of playing g*d, he thinks he is g*d. Gets very long winded with his stories about himself.

Comments:
Judge McCuskey is a bright and capable judge. Doesn't have much tolerance for discovery fights in civil cases, and is easily annoyed when people seek to overturn reports and recommendations entered by the magistrate -- but he warns you about that early on, so you can't say he didn't warn you.
