Civil Litigation - Private

Rating:1.0
Comments:
His decision was SO WRONG on both the law and the facts. Seems he had a predetermined outcome and then worked backwards from there.

Signed off on a search warrant (possibly several) and possibly several arrest warrants of Anonymous members on the law 18 U.S.C. funny symbol 1030 (a)(5)(A) for DDOS attacks. However, DDOS does not harm computers as the statute states, it only harms business interests, and the law does not cover business interests. His decision to grant these warrants violated the constitutional rights of many.
