Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: 34118
Rating:Not Rated
Comments:
Tharpar is your classic pro-corporate criminal advocate masquerading as a circuit court judge. When confronted with overwhelming evidence of corporate fraud, he simply ignores that evidence and focuses on some point that supports his weak argument, however trivial or lame that point may be. But if a corporate criminal is your client in a case being heard by Tharpar, you'd have to have an incredibly weak case to lose with him on the bench.

The fairest judge this pro se litigant has ever had. I am sorry to say that the defendants caused a conflict of interest with his subsequent sua sponte recusal.
