I couldn't agree more with the previous comments. [Redacted by Ed.] She ruled in favor of a school district that abused a handicap child! There were witnesses and clear and concise evidence, but she stated that the abuse was not "shocking to the conscience"!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!

This judge doesn't care if a person is innocent or guilty. All she cares about is what SHE wants. She is not interested in justice. She violated a defendant's 5th ammendment rights. She made sure evidence of this vilation withheld. I KNOW that transcripts of the trial are public record. What happened to them????

This Judge withheld evidence that easily would have swayed a Jury to a innocent finding. This type of action should be a Felony Criminal Offense. She should be the one who went to Jail.

This Judge violated citizens rights!!! She sends innocent people to jail with the prove they are innocent in her hands. How many innocent people are sitting in jail because of her today? She thinks she is above the law. She needs to be removed from her position immediately, she should not be a judge!! We need to have judges who are honest and fair.

My mind was made up that if I ever went to court I would get a fair and unbias trial. After seeing this judge in action I am truly afraid for anyone that apear before her, especially minority.

After witnessing this Judge in criminal court proceedings, I am certain that she does not rule in the fear of God, seeking always to make the right decision for the defendant, based on the evidence presented! This Judge thinks that she is untouchable and that there is no supreme being higher that can hold her accountable, if she decides to turn a deaf ear to the truth being told or a blind eye to evidence proving one's innocence. This mindset is what makes this Judge a danger and threat to any American citizen that may have to appear in her courtroom!

She totally disreguards the law and there is no one there to make sure she is following it. She says things like "I hold your life in my hands" to show that she has absolute power and there is no checks and balance for her. She abuses the power that the people has trusted her with and we depend on the system to guide it but the system has failed us too.

This judge should be removed from the bench. She does not rule w/o partiality or prejudice and I've witnessed her overlook exculpatory evidence & favor the government so heavily as to not allow both sides to be heard. Though she's been formally censured for failing to follow sentencing guidelines, she continues to disregard the recommendations of Probations and impose unfair sentences. Laws on the book in the US need to be reformed to protect citizens from judges like Christine Arguello! She regularly using the phrase, "...ruling in the light most favorable to he government..." - who can get a fair trial with such imperatives? And when you have an unjust judge, like her, throwing their weight around and doing what's right in their own eyes, every citizen who enters her courtroom will suffer. I have observed her in multiple cases. If a rating of zero was allowed, she'd be most deserving! Remove her from the bench!

This Judge abuses her position regularly. She violates people’s rights and hides the evidence of her misconduct and ignores evidence of innocence of defendants that come before her court. Legislation needs to be put in place for judges just like her. They should never be appointed for life. Her actions should receive the highest of punishments!
