Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: 23179
Rating:2.7
Comments:
Runs his trials well, lets lawyers try their cases, and is polite and respectful to both sides. But that is only IF you ever get to trial. He is exceedingly biased towards corporate defendants. His scholarship is lacking and he is appallingly out of touch with the realities of civil rights plainitffs' lives.

A total shill for the defense. This judge has no legal scholarship at all. He never saw a summary judgment motion he didn't like.

Pleasant, allows attorney's to try their cases, a gentleman.
