Civil Litigation - Private

Comments:
Judge Waddoups is, above all in my experience, simply lazy. He is not willing to spend time and effort on cases he is not interested in. He is also sloppy in his reasoning and analysis. He is very much predisposed to favor the interests of business and insurance interests in civil litigation where the plaintiff is a real person. I've not had negative experiences with him in terms of temperament and he is willing to be flexible with litigants in dealing with scheduling. But otherwise, he's not good. Clearly the worst of the Utah District Court judges.

He is a prime example of why our justice system is a joke. He threw out my case 27 months later because he knew nothing about my case, and then his court staff committed fraud by lying about their names, etc. (They also changed my paperwork from pro se litigant to prisoner.) He dismissed my case because for 26 months he knew nothing about it because his clerk didn't inform him about my false arrest in the 5th District Court, about which, not only was there never a warrant, but also I was injured in the court that day and have had three surgeries since. The judge let me go because the clerk said that I was never served or had a warrant for my arrest. The 5th District said they booked me, but I was never booked. To make a long story short, he told me to take it back to the 5th District Court and have the judge take the false accusations and false class-3 felonies off my record. That was because he didn't want his court and clerks
to be any part of my lawsuit. You can't take a case back to state court if you filed in federal court. I had to file in federal court because my attorney told me that the state court judge threatened her, and to file pro se in federal court, only after I paid her $7,500 and listened to her for 8 months making excuses why she hadn't filed a claim. After I confronted Judge Wauddoup's clerk and threatened to alert the media, I got a hearing at which the defendants never showed, and he would not let me present a tempered disk from the state court. He told me to take it back to that court. Look up the case: 1:1:cv00370/or Woodford/Robbalard on Pacer and see the brutality and abuse that the court supported towards me. I'm an innocent American, and I did nothing wrong other than go to court on November 17th, 2009 to support my wife in her case -- and then be falsely arrested and injured. I have lost my son and everything. I couldn't appeal, thanks to the judge. I know America is better than this, and I'm not going away until I prove it. People are in the wrong places and are getting paid well by us taxpayers to do this to our lives. I will do everything in my power to make this case public, and hopefully my kids and grandkids or anyone else won't have to go through what me and my family have gone through.

Jude Waddoups'decision in the Ross fraud case of not awarding jail time is a miscarriage of justice. To steal $4.3 million and get probation, 3,000 hours of community service, a $10,000 fine and $350,000 restitution is a joke. I strongly recommend that you resign from office. You have demonstrated that you do not process the atributes required of a judge. I am an auditor familar with the case. The fradulent activities of the Ross' demonstrate that they deliberaly set up fake companies to hide the money which they cannot account for. I believe that the money is hidden in some off shore location which they may now use in a life of luxury.
Shame on you Judge Waddoups.
