Appeared before him several times before his elevation. Thought he was great. Very pleasant, smart, fair. He actually walked over and shook the attorneys hands at the close of each conference. Class act in my book.

This new addition to the magistrate's bench is headed to to district court in Manhattan. A completely clueless and unqualified magistrate judge, he will undoubtedly prove to be a completely clueless and unqualified district judge. The poster boy for the senator who values his quaint notion of political expediency over competence and courtroom experience. A dud extraordinaire.

Pleasant person but in over his head in managing civil litigation. Likely to get better with time.
