In 2017, Denise Casper refused to recuse from the USDC Case 16-10176, Solomon v Khoury which on the surface is an industrial espionage, patent infringement, and bribery case related to my work at MIT with LCS director Michael Dertouzas and in Israel. The first exhibit attached to the complaint is a 2015 document sent to California AG Kamala Harris requesting her assistance in a scheme by the 2010 Gaza Flotilla activists and associates including a director of Novavax, Inc., to murder my elderly Aunt Dorothy Horwitz to gain knowledge of our "Swarm drone" defense technologies developed at MIT and US Navy NOSC lab in San Diego. An offshoot of this work discloses and separately patented the technology used in the Taylor Swift tours. Ms. Casper has numerous ties to the defendants, and a competitive, beneficial interest (Thermo Fisher). Her dismissal under Rule 12(b)(6) dissuaded other authorities from further investigating the defendants schemes including the release of the US-developed SARS virus in Wuhan.
