He was the judge in my case and stated "I SEE NEGLIGENCE HERE." To the defense attorney which was one of my claims and threw out my case anyway. He is the worst judge I've ever encountered. In addition, he blocked me from winning 2 other cases which I can prove to anyone. I'm still filing again against the same defendant but in another jurisdiction. The only luck I had was when I received a different judge. Out of 4 cases I had 3 of them was in front of this judge and all 3 were thrown out. This should be easily seen as an expression and hatred towards certain people. (Won't go into detail.)
