Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: 28312
While he is pleasant in the courtroom, I question his ability to digest anything even remotely complicated. He also seems biased in favor of defendants.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: 21310
He favors the defense heavily. If you look at his bio you will see: "[He] is a member of the Nevada Association of Defense Counsel, on which he served as its president in 1982-1983, and the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada; he was a member of its Board of Directors from 1983 to 1987. He was a member of the Defense Research Institute, International Association of Defense Counsel and the Trial Attorneys of America."
