Working with Judge Rosenbluth is a phenomenal opportunity for any attorney. She is a terrific mentor who is mindful of her clerks' and staff attorneys' goals and works hard to help them achieve them. She is never too busy to discuss a thorny legal issue or offer feedback on a draft and works tirelessly to produce thorough, well-written, and well-reasoned decisions. She is very respectful of her staff's time, matches the hard work that she expects from them, and genuinely cares for everyone in Chambers.

Judge Rosenbluth is smart and hardworking. She has high standards and produces thoughtful and fair-minded decisions. Working with her has transformed me into a better and more detail-oriented writer. She genuinely cares about her staff and is lovely to work with. The high staff turnover noted in comments below seems more likely attributable to the nature of the work- clerkship and staff attorney positions are frequently short-term for only one or two years. The dynamic in chambers is collegial and hardworking, and Judge Rosenbluth appreciates a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Judge Rosenbluth is a sharp and informed jurist whose decisions are always well and thoroughly reasoned. She has abnormally high staff turnover in her chambers and it is worth asking why that is.

I was in pro per and she was very fair, I really appreciate that, especially since I had not ever had any experience in federal court. It was very stressful. I have much respect for Hon. Jean P. Rosenbluth and her staff.
