Civil Litigation - Govt.

Comment #: 34420
Rating:1.0
Comments:
can't believe this joke of a judge is given all of the civil rights cases in Western New York. He will always decide in favor of the authorities. Why have these types on the bench??? What a waste of space this character is!

Doesn’t listen to circumstances. Instead of assisting people with addiction to inpatient rehab and probation he tosses them behind bars for the tax payers and family to support! Gives too much weight to the DA office rather than the evidence.
