Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: 21170
Rating:5.2
Comments:
Judge Hicks has significant bias in favor of big business! If you have a client of average means, and a large corporate client as a defendant, you will want to represent the defendant in his courtroom. He is polite, but the pro-corporate bias is huge!

Judge Hicks-Anything you could do to expedite the signing of documents filed by the SEC to quiet rabid shareholders would be appreciated.
Some are from last year.
Thank You

Best judge in Nevada. Fair and treats everyone with respect.

Should have been on the bench in '92, but Clinton pulled him to put on a democrat.

The public should be glad he's there now.
