Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: 19379
Rating:10.0
Comments:
She handled a civil mediation that lasted eight hours with equanimity, in a field she knew nothing about, resulting in a deal both sides could live with. When we went back into the courtroom with the settlement, she made each lawyer, and each litigant, agree to everything by stand up responses -- there was no wiggle room. It was very impressive. I'd gladly use her again for mediation.

Comments:
Hecate knows no fury if one attempts to oppose this judge.
She forms an opinion of the merits of a
civil case at the outset and then attempts to eviscerate it; particularly
plaintiffs'cases.
She has the demeanor of an iguana.

She is totally biased against pro-se's and takes the word over lying-ass attys over documentation that belies what the opposing counsel says. Worth a recusal
