Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: 33319
Rating:2.8
Comments:
Terrible. He possesses that combination of ignorance and arrogance that it all too common. Has a chip on his shoulder (as do all the members of his Court staff) because he knows that he is not up to the job but is making rulings anyway. Simply terrible.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: 32789
Rating:2.0
Comments:
Terrible. Does not follow the law. Routinely makes rulings that are contrary to established case law and common sense.

Prosecutor

Comment #: 32732
Rating:3.6
Comments:
Gilliam ruled trump administration's proposal to build border wall in CA, NM, AZ with DOD money appropriated was unlawful. Supreme court reversed saying no standing. Just one of many federal judges usurping the law and imposing nationwide injunctions when they have no authority to do so. Basic legal analysis never followed by this judge. SHameful.
