Comments:
Generally fair and evenhanded. Generally good temperament. Hardworking. If there are any judges that actually read all that is placed on their dockets, it is likely him. He keeps his docket moving. From time to time, he has the tendency to get ahead of himself and will rule on issues without all of the information or permitting the parties to be heard. This ends up multiplying the proceedings as litigants may have to return to correct his errors which, when pointed out, he will, eventually, graciously acknowledge. About as good as anyone can hope for in the ND Ill.
