Civil Litigation - Private

Rating:1.0
Comments:
Bernard Jones has no business being a judge.

He has little understanding of relatively basic legal principles.
Worse, he lacks the fortitude and backbone to make any ruling that might be politically unpopular.

Sadly, he will ignore the law in order to decide in favor of any litigant represented by a big firm or by an attorney who has friends in high places.

This makes it clear that Jones is, above all, a politician who makes his decisions based only on whether it will help or hurt his chances of remaining on the bench.

He will not place the law or justice above his own ambitions. Pathetic!
