In my case I found her to be very lazy, ignorant, and dishonest. The only positive I can say is that she seems to give short shrift to everyone regardless of their social standing. This alone probably makes her one of the top 10 judges in that god-forsaken courthouse, where, in my experience, judges will prostrate themselves for the more "elite" party in a lawsuit if the media isn't watching the case.

Sorry to say, this Judge has proven to be a do-nothing-for-anyone member of the bench! Her "personal background" was her selling point for her appointment. As a civil litigator, I was disappointed she did nothing in the case. And don't think going to her Mag. Judge will help. You will simply have to settle your case without any judicial involvement -- which in the EDPA is probably the best thing for you and your clients.
