Litigant

Rating:10.0
Comments:
As a self-represented litigant it is always worrisome that judges might favor litigants represented by attorneys. Judge Beth Labson Freeman has been completely fair in the rulings and does a thorough analysis of the relevant issues regardless of representation status.

Comments:
The prosecuting attorneys are absolutely lying in their June 2021 press release, “ The indictment further alleges that the People’s Liberation Front (PLF) coordinated and executed the attack. The PLF is associated with other hacking groups such as Anonymous.”

Anonymous does not ally or associate with anyone. The truth is that all Anons act alone for the collective movement, which is entirely grassroots and decentralized. Anonymous has no organization or leader. AnonOps laughs at your silly, defamatory attempts to link Chris Doyon to Communist groups such as People’s Liberation Front. Are we really back to McCarthyism now?

Of course the prosecutor wishes to bias the judge and poison the well… they know Chris Doyon simply exercised his first amendment rights to free speech, protest, and assembly. They have no case for the extremely disproportionate charges they seek.

Doyon slowed down a website for 30 minutes in an act of political protest. This act, some would argue not even being a real crime, does not justify the limitless resources the FBI put into the case. Just give him 24 hours community service like everyone else who commits petty vandalism. Just because a computer is involved does not justify over a decade of requested prison time.

Christopher Doyon is a political prisoner of the United States Government and he must be immediately released. Allow him due process to pursue the asylum claims in Mexico he was unlawfully denied by the US Govt.’s illegal, extrajudicial kidnapping that they committed against him on foreign soil.

Free Doyon Now! End corruption, perjury, and lies by the prosecuting attorneys. Reverse an extrajudicial kidnapping and false imprisonment. Your court’s legitimacy is at stake!

A very biased judge. Concerning the case against Anonymous Commander X (Christopher Doyon), the last thing the judge said on July 20th 2021 about him being held without bail, “if they have rights they can pursue them before me” and then she stuck out her tongue while grinning.

This is an arrogant judge who doesn’t care at all about the rights of the accused. Doyon is a political prisoner of the United States and must be freed immediately.

Not a deep thinker. Paper pusher, takes the easiest path especially if it can be done with no thought. Do not bring complex issues to this judge. She may develop a bias and not let it go no matter what facts are presented.

Dear Judge Freeman,

Christopher Doyon is being persecuted by the United States Government for an act of political protest with no victims. His activism in support of our homeless population only affected a county website for less than 30 minutes, yet the United States Government has spent the last 10 years relentlessly pursuing him, committing an act of abduction in a foreign country where Doyon sought political Asylum due to his illegal persecution and human rights abuses by the FBI.

Attorneys Stephanie Hinds and Susan Knight are seeking to perpetrate an act of cruel and unusual punishment against Doyon with decades of prison time threatened against him. His "crime," if you can even call it that, does not fit the punishment sought against him. If a teenager were to commit petty vandalism, he would only receive community service, not 10+ years in jail. The same can be said here.

Doyon's act of hacktivism had no victims, inconveniencing visitors to a county website for less than 30 minutes where they simply refreshed their browser at a later time and finished their business. This does not justify the limitless resources the FBI has put into this case, totaling in the millions of dollars.

Doyon is a political prisoner of the United States Government, and must be immediately released. Give him 20 hours of community service and return his liberty now! He is a political refugee who sought asylum and was kidnapped for it. This cannot be tolerated in America.

If you do not release Doyon in a timely manner, Anonymous will act. We will do so lawfully by investigating you and your court for past abuses and exposing corruption whenever we find it. Our investigation will be relentless and 100% legal. There will be nothing you can do to stop it! Release Doyon now. We are white-hat activists and do no harm. You only do yourself harm by your own actions, which we will expose. This act is political protest and 100% protected speech by the United States Constitution.

We are Legion

We do not forgive corruption

We do not forget our brothers and sisters in arms

Committed probate fraud in at least several cases and withheld funds from beneficiary, at least may have helped facilitate theft in another. Extremely biased towards those who do not march lockstep with dominating democratic agenda/big political powers in the state. Super weak-willed, follow the money sell-out judge. Should've never made it to the federal bench after being state court judge. Just a sad sell-out loser on the bench, follow the MONNNEYYY

Lordy Lordy how did this person become a judge. Besides being just plain stupid in understanding the law and precedent cases, she's biased to the extreme in favor of pharma companies... taking direction from her pharma defense lawyer husband.

Gold plated phoney! She was horrible in San Mateo before being appointed by Obama. She wants to get onto the DCA and beyond! Very upset she is stuck in the backwater of San Jose. Now with Trump elected, she's stuck there forever.

Limited background and abilities. Lied about having 150+ jury trials as a state judge, her colleagues say maybe 25.

Judge Freeman lacks technical skills and knowledge of the law and she attempts to make up for these deficiencies by cutting-and-pasting from the briefings of the side that is most consistent with her biases in civil cases before she has assessed the facts.

Relatively new to the Federal Bench, Judge Freeman hit the ground running on a patent infringement matter. The Judge ran her courtroom smoothly and respectfully, and handled the complexities of the matter and the subject technology confidently and decisively. If not already, she will soon be a beacon on CAND. We need more judges on the Federal Bench like Judge Freeman.
