Civil Litigation - Private

Comments:
Word has it, he is a screamer who goes 0-60 is short order. Common trope in the ND Ill. following on circuit judges Posner and Easterbrook and former chief judge Holderman's pitifully poor examples but he might consider that the year is 2023. Adults do not scream or shout at other adults or at children not their own for that matter, especially in professional settings. But, of course, rules on decorum and civility, as well as any ethics rules for that matter, as the federal judiciary, from top to bottom, has made clear, are for lawyers and everyone else and not for judges. Perhaps Judge Blakey might consider his obligation to address parties and counsel with patience and dignity as more than merely aspirational. He also might consider that any person who loses their temper over nothing or something wholly mundane is generally laughed at and not taken seriously. This is no less true when that person has a federal judicial appointment.

He has no concept or respect for the 1st amendment freedom of speech. Additionally he established probably cause for my arrest based upon a judicial order that did not apply to the building I was in, which in turn made my whole federal case fall apart. I also believe that bevause he worked for the cook Co States attorney, it's a conflict of interest for him to have a case where a party is represent by the states attorneys office
