Rating:2.7
Comments:
Considering his background, the fact that he continuously acts as an anti-plaintiff pro government judge, is no surprise.

Civil Litigation - Govt.

Comment #: 20827
Rating:9.3
Comments:
An outstanding trial and motions judge. He is thoroughly prepared, often using outlines or prepared notes. Intellectually curious, politically astute, and an excellent reader of character and motives. Just the judge that you want if you need one who is really smart. Don't ever try to pull the wool over his eyes.

Temperament has not yet left private practice in service of his clients. Wears his crown too heavily.
