Comments:
She caught the Seattle Police Department acting negligent in an investigation and she put it in the court record. God bless her from a pro se family that wouldn't have otherwise known this was the way the case should have been filed. We were up against a seasoned Seattle City Attorney (Andrew Meyerberg) who attempted to get us to open a sealed deposition pre-trial. Disgusting and underhanded. We're glad Pechman made the statement she did.

Comments:
Although the case against the Seattle Police Department was dismissed by Judge Pechman, were it not for her our pro se family would not have known what the case against the SPD should have been filed as (ie., negligent investigation). She made it clear in her statement of dismissal.

Comments:
Defendants filed a meritorious motion for disqualification. She delayed ruling until the other parties filed motions to dismiss. Then she dismissed the case, awarding sanctions. Finally ruled on motion for disqualification claiming it was now moot. Does not seem to comprehend the most basic ethical concepts.

I have spent months in Judge Pechman's courtroom. She's excellent. She has a great nose for the merits.

Will never forgive her for allowing Clay Bennett to steal our Sonics.
