I found Marjory to be the opposite of how she is portrayed in the media. I found her to be a political hack with little integrity and a total hypocrite. I find most disgusting her attack on the public education system and children as having no "civics" as she sees civics. As a senior judge she is not to be partaking in substantive decisions in cases but only on procedural matters but she weaseled her way into perverting justice authoring the overturning the murder conviction of a child killer essentially based upon her non-sesical blather as I believe contrived and facts. Anyone with google maps can see in that case her timeline put the defendant at the murder scene along with his father I believe who drove the defendant not to the bus stop a few blocks away from defendant's home center city but rather to the bus station where the young lady victim was shot in the neck and died in front of a number of eye witnesses. All this contortion of facts as a result of her affinity to Sigourney Weaver and the film "Dead Man Walking". Weaver publicly supported the defendant. My case was bad and she decided it politically but nothing compared to what the midget put the victims family through and the detectives and eye witnesses.
