Comments:
A motion for summary judgement was submitted to the court on September 24, 2021- Jin-Pyong Peter Yim v. National Institutes of Health. This is public interest case to obtain information on the NIH process for arriving at the non-recommendation for the use of ivermectin in COVID-19 through the Freedom of Information Act. The case is uncomplicated; the central legal question is whether a FOIA response is valid without the signature of an agency official.

To date, the judge in this case, Zahid N. Quraishi, has been unable to rule on that motion. Today is November 18, 2022.
