I had an interaction with Judge Boardman a few weeks before she became a judge. She was fully aware that the defendant violated the discovery rules and refused to sanction them stating that "she does not want the gentlemen to get disbarred". This sums up how she upholds federal laws. She waived my civil rights because I am not U.S.-born and protected the defendants' lawyer because they are U.S.-born. The discovery materials the defendants were deficient in were crucial to achieving justice. I will never forgive or forget what this judge did to me and the horrifying experience I have had with her in Maryland District Court.
