Judge Tse is the kind of judge that forms an opinion in advance of evaluating the evidence. He then spins evidence in favor of his predetermined side, ignoring the mountain of evidence that proves his decision bogus and then twisting the evidence to shape it for his predetermined end. However, if your client is corrupt or a criminal, then Judge Tse will find a way to have his predetermined decision favor your client because of his inherent bias favoring corruption and criminality.
