The experience of this Judge being utterly arrogant resulted in his Law Clerk writing up F work all rules of law and legal conclusions assuming the litigant would never know the rules of law or standard of review -- concealed filed documents to boot for that void Order issued w/o jurisdiction sue sponte hand on the scales of justice not done w/ a meritless case but only to control a case with merit. Maybe he should review Abraham Lincoln who had no JD or Bar membership or elitist arrogance but who applied the rules of law even before US Supreme Court unlike this Judge -- job title as attorney vs. In Pro Per trained practitioners shows his prejudice stereotyping In Pro Per -- defiant willful contempt for rules of law and equal access by which In Pro Per actually does not have to get court order for PACER shown with Ninth Circuit, Northern Dist too btw. Feedback from taxpayer who pays his salary.

Notice to Attorneys and especially those acting In Pro Per not licensed: Must read his Senate Report before Senate Judiciary to see his past practice areas that include crim def on tax evasion crim RICO which means he IS "detailed"-- if a Civil RICO he will ignore you has prejudice against In Pro Per no matter meritorious case or not-- he is a burned out Judge no longer capable of handling the pleading factory all courts have become.

He has prejudice any party acting In Pro Per even if atty uses 3rd year law students as clerks to cut and paste pleadings -- meaning full of legal conclusions w/o applying facts controlling law and evidence by which he is arrogant thinking the litigant or attorney would not see the subtext of bias.

A longtime magistrate, Judge Drozd was elevated to Article III judge in 2022. In a case or issue involving any complexity, he is inadequate, not inquisitive, and will end up avoiding complexity altogether by denying the relief requested. His manner is off-putting too and despite his claim he loves humor in his courtroom, his actual demeanor is condescending and authoritarian. Naturally, be cautious about any professional that announces a fun trait, since it usually means the practical absence of that trait.
