Civil Litigation - Private

Comments:
If someone studies for years to become a surgeon only to discover that their hands shake, they have a duty to find some other line of work. If a lawyer becomes a judge only to find that they cannot timely or effectively manage a docket, then they are in a similar situation as the would be surgeon. Novel idea but judgeships exist to provide effective and efficient dispute resolution services to anyone who has been injured. The denial of that entitlement to the public should not be sacrificed to maintain the position of obviously unable judicial appointees.

I believe J. Kness is a free thinker, unrestrained by the incredible pressures of the political environment in which he serves. Furthermore, I believe he is an individual of extraordinary integrity. For these reasons, I believe he is a great asset to NDIL.
