Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: 22710
Rating:Not Rated
Comments:
It would be nice if Judge Wilson had learned any actual law during his 275 years on the bench. Better yet, he could start reading the law attorneys put in front of him now.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: 22082
Rating:2.2
Comments:
His judicial demeanor is nonexistent. His bias against plaintiffs in employment cases could not be more obvious.

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: 19780
Rating:2.0
Comments:
Terrible magistrate. Combines a savage lack of intelligence with arrogance as well as any I have seen. He is the poster child for a government employee who abuses his power so regularly that he has become completely unaccountable to the law or anything else. He has actually been comfortable enough to comment that he has historically had a practice of throwing out types of cases he does not think should be brought, such as section 1983 cases.

Conservative and possibly biased.
