Finest Gentleman I have been able to worl with. Truely a good man.

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: 2861
Is not afraid to show his disdain for defendants. Also not afraid to show racist tendicies. Will do what he can to avoid sentencing a defendant to life, but this tends to make some of his rulings inconsistent. Will not grant a defense motion to suppress, would prefer to be reversed by the appellate court than rule for a defendant.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: 2439
Closest thing they have in the Northern District to an ideologue. Generally does not like consumers, employees, homeowners, environmentalists, etc., who sue their betters.

Generally courteous and often knowledgeable, but not very fair unless it is two rich entities suing each other.
