The worst judge in the whole world. He acts like if he is god, not allowing defendants to properly defend. Also, he don't allow lawyers to take the time to prepare for trial. Again, the worst judge in this world. Please in PR we need an investigation in this federal court with this judge and all the federal prosecutors.

This is the worst judge I have ever litigated in front of. Not only bad temperament, he is also biased. Many injustices have occurred in his courtroom.

Judge Fuste gets to court on time, his docket moves quickly, great for administration. But, although speedy, justice in his courtroom is hardly even-handed. He is clearly biased in favor of the prosecution, and does what he can to make sure that no one gets acquitted, if he can help it. He is unreasonable and obstructionist where it comes to defendants' rights; he manifests a clear opinion of defendants' guilt, and will send subliminal messages to a jury whenever possible. As to his temperament: not even a civil acknowledgment of defense counsel when he encounters them in the hallway. A totalitarian, dictatorial, kangaroo-court style. The worst judge I've ever encountered.

This judge has a mission to protect a group of people that have been committing crimes in Puerto Rico for a long time. He judges cases in which his wife, Rachel Brill, Esq. has been involved. Covered all of Guillermo Gil's crimes, as well as those of Alvaro Cifuentes.

Although he is considered by some not to be even tempered, I have not found that to be true. His faults are more than compensated for by his prompt resolution of issues, both simple and complex. He makes some mistakes, but he does devote thought and consideration to the cases and issues before him.

No judicial temperament. Gestures a lot in front of the jury. Scolds counsel in front of jury. Unwilling to accept correct legal arguments. Prefers to be reversed on appeal than rule in favor of a defendant.

Bad temperament. Tendency to talk down to all, and belittle counsel. Seems to enjoy it. His courtroom is the rocket-docket in the district of Puerto Rico. He is flexible as far as rescheduling sentencing, etc., but not as to his trial settings. He is very bright. Outside the Courtroom he can be a very nice person.

His biggest problem is his volatile character, he makes his up mind too fast and then proceeds to prove himself right. Mistreats litigants who appear before him. Sometimes he talks down to all around.
