Certainly the worst judge, possibly the worst human being, I have ever encountered. Almost joyfully demonic. I have considered a judicial conduct complaint (which would be filed with the Third Circuit), but I genuinely fear reprisals. Such a terrible person that, outside the courtroom, his own court staff openly berated his temperament.

The only way our country can heal is to do a complete and total recount. We need to videotape each person opening and recording ballots. It should be an easy task to keep everything honest. There is real corruption in the system and our country will divided and will fall and a lot of people hurt because...let’s face it ..America hates cheaters, liars and dishonesty. I commented in 2012. I had the misfortune to stand before this joker again 5/23/13 for a probation "violation" he personally arranged. Again, he distorted the record, repealed court rules, misapplied the law, and bullied the defense. More seriously, I have developed evidence that this unqualified hack tampered with the case record in a way that may be criminal. Much of the evidence is included in my mandamus case file in the 3d Circuit, No. 14-2108.

Judge Diamond dispenses with the rules of civil procedure and acts as a tyrant. He is incapable of having any interaction with litigants without making threats. He debases the legal system and the worst part is he works hard at it. His motives are unclear other than feeding his own meglomania.

Judge Diamond distorts the evidence to fabricate a false "factual" record so he can misapply the wrong law and always find for the government. Prosecutors know this and are encouraged to commit more ethical violations in his court that always go unpunished. US Sen. Patrick Leahy has publicly stated in '08 that Diamond starkly refuses to enforce constitutional rights of individuals. He is an ogre who tries to make private citizens feel guilty for entering his court and asking him to stop government abuses. He vigorously opposes Free Speech and tries to quash dissent with dubious prison sentences and civil sanctions. He is a thug, not an arbiter.

I think the majority of comments must be from disgruntled litigants. A no-nonsense judge, he manages his cases and moves his docket along with a firm hand. But I have found him smart, fair, and prompt in his decisions, which are well-reasoned. That's not to say I have always agreed with his rulings. That is why we have appellate courts.

Here is a Judge who exemplifies pure political appointment and has absolutely no inclination to do 'justice' - other than to manage his docket. You will be astounded by the swiftness of the entry of Orders. Your case is only a case name and number- His Honor couldn't care less about real people.

An unusually unqualified judge, even in this era of unqualified appointees. Fully agree with initial comment: "One of the worst judges I have even seen on the bench." Uses raw judicial power to bully the parties; no grasp of issues. Contemptuous of the orderly process of civil litigation. The second comment is so off-the-wall that it could only have been written with absolute irony and sarcasm, a la Dostoievsky's Notes from Underground.

Judge Diamond is a real "lawyer's Judge". In particular, Judge Diamond exercises strong docket management oversight (including timely entry of Orders), while at the same time remaining flexible enough to prevent counsel from having to abandon their practice just to participate in a case pending in his Court.
