What others have said about Hon. Robert S. Carr

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: 2402
To the uninitiated, Carr comes off as aloof, noncaring and cold. Not true.
He is a real gentleman but enjoys the socratic repartee of the oral argument and can be very intimidating. Amazingly, he will usually have read the file and the briefs and understands the critical issues.

Bullshit is not well-received, but perhaps more vital a tip is: When you are winning, SHUT UP.

If losing, respectfully attempt to alter the angle of attack.
