Comments:
Judge Moon doesn't seem to understand the Constitution does not allow the government to dictate to the People, that the People must purchase a service just to live in the United States.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: 7436
Rating:1.5
Comments:
We recently won before Judge Moon - not because we argued well, but because Judge Moon failed to decare his financial association with a number of the defendants and their counsels, including ours. I would not trust Judge Moon to be fair. We gained a victory from this dishonest jurist.

Civil Litigation - Private

Rating:1.5
Comments:
He cannot hide his personal affiliations. Judge Moon should have withdrawn from our case, but instead he telegraphed his opinion through the opposing counsel's pleadings. In my humble opinion he does not belong on the bench.

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: 1821
Rating:8.2
Comments:
If you fight with the government over a sentencing issue, he will usually give it to you but then give you the top of the guideline range, making it a Pyrrhic victory. He typically does a "drive-by" sentencing. Fifteen minutes, tops.
