I have a continuing trespass and conversion case because of Fiber Optic Cable placed in inappropriate areas of my yard during the MLK Holiday.

The Judge denied my motion to amend in bold red letters.

I feel his order harsh and insensitive towards my situation. He favored the defense attorneys, but as a Pro Se, it is what it is.

However, when he ordered the corporate defendant to get its cable apparatus out of my yard. (which i asked them to do before filing) he actually proved my trespass case for me, and probably saved a lot of time and heartache in doing so.

I give him an 8 for that
