Civil Litigation - Govt.

Rating:2.0
Comments:
Nice man who is clearly burned-out. Disinterested in the facts or the applicable law, and unprepared. Tries to substitute an officious air for legal knowledge and basic attention to facts. Started teleconf re: govt's civil case with a confusing reference to an unrelated criminal case. Needs a friend to refer him to Lawyer's & Judges Assistance Program.
