Comments:
Judge Davis is imminently fair, exceedingly patient and completely prepared in all that he does. One could not ask for any judge to have a better judicial temperament than Judge Davis. He gave both side a very fair trial.

While the attorney involved may have made a technical error in relation to the labelling of discovery, Judge Davis apparently cannot count from 500 to 1,000. The defense in this particular case have filed six motions for summary judgment. All six motions were denied by Judge Davis.

06/28/07 – Unfortunately, Judge Davis has literally stamped his bench ruling with a final opinion. ...

P's are at this time preparing an appeal, wherein P's are rather certain to prevail. Ps firmly believe that the misrepresentations and omissions of D's will anger a new Jury against D's when a new trial is scheduled and hopefully in a different venue.

Comments:
In the one case I handled in front of Judge Davis, He entered a Summmary Judgment ruling based upon assumed facts which were directly contrary to those stipulated by both sides, and completely without support in the record. It was a diversity case, and he simply ignored controlling Texas authority, making up his own law of the case. When faced with a Motion to Alter or Amend, and presented with the fact that his judgment was completely unsupported by the record or the law, He briefly stated "you don't get another bite at the apple." In short, Judge Davis is a complete moron, utterly incompetent.

Comments:
Has no qualifications to preside over a criminal case. No recognition or understanding of significant issues and no attempt to learn because there is complete disregard for the rights of the accused, who are presumed guilty.
