Judge Terry Means is a rude, nasty, hateful RACIST!!!

Comments:
I listed Judge Means as a Defendant concerning the cover up of the TCU scandal governing Title IX. In my opinion, the complexity and the seriousness is far greater than Baylor University. It is questionable whether any plaintiff can receive justice, given this Judge's influence.

Comments:
It is my opinion this Judge should immediately resign. Someday, TCU University, and all accomplices, including those serving on judicial positions will be held accountable. I particularly concerned about the mysterious disappearance of a black witness. In my opinion, this Judge has covered up for TCU leadership and culture, much the same as the leadership at Baylor University.

Unfair Judge. Rude. Didn't seem to know the facts about the case.

Listens to the media to do his sentencing instead of the facts. This was a high profile case. Media blew it up out of proportion. They didn't have the facts correct. That is the information he used to base the sentence on. Not the truth. That is wrong.

Doesn't listen. Harsh, rude, and unfair. Very one sided. Heard he was one of the better judges but if this is the best we have, we have a problem. Needs to retire.

If you want ratings that are real, you don't need to be omitting relevant reports. Judge Means has problems with Constitutional issues. You erased two reports. A currant one of mine, and another of a military gentleman. We feel he should not be a Judge. Put our reports back. Deborah Lynne Connor

Judge Terry Means cares nothing for the fundamental liberties of grandparents afforded by the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. He sides with the heavy hitters -- in this case, the State of Texas's Department of Child Protective Services. Judge Means would not allow this grandmother to even address the fact that this agency had her two- and three-year-old grandchildren on ten major psychotropic drugs, even though Diane Sawyer and Carole Keeton Strayhorn exposed how damaging and illegal this is for children in the major media. He was shown evidence that Tarrant County C.P.S. falsified information on the grandmother's interstate background check from Utah. (This included an F.B.I. background check.) He dismissed the case, using material on the grandmother that was 25 years old, regarding a family law custody case, when the grandmother was a battered wife. There was an appeal to the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Grandma finally has an attorney to pursue this. Grandma is requesting Judge Means to step down from hearing this case when it is reversed and remanded. He has tape recordings that the children are being physically abused in illegal adoptive foster care. This grandmother believes that this federal judge should go back to Roswell and deal with cattle, as he is dangerous to both children and people. It is a sad state of affairs when our legal system and tribunals are so corrupt, and do not respect family or afford them due process rights! This man is not honorable. This grandmother is going to the media.

Judge Means is such a good judge. He is well-adjusted. He works so hard to get it right. He is a conservative Republican, but rarely does he let his ideology impact his judgment.

Slow to make difficult rulings. Otherwise, find him to be fair and even-handed in civil matters.

I have appeared before Judge Means in both civil and criminal cases. I was impressed by his excruciatingly heartfelt desire to be fair and come to a just result. From all appearances, he personally reads the filings and is very familiar with the facts of the case before him. I wish all the judges in this building had his temperment.

I am a bit surprised by his rating of 6.8 on 7-6-06. I've always been impressed with his sense of balance and equity. He is knowledgeable about the criminal law and applies it fairly without regard to prosecution or defense. Never a problem with him.

I appeared before Judge Means in death penalty habeas litigation. Judge Means is strict in his orders and expects them to be followed. He was tough on discovery and investigation issues.
